If you have a late check-out request from our hotel, it is confirmed for a 1-night room fee if the room you stay in is available the next day. Please note that late check-out means receiving service as a normal reservation and accommodation. This standard is applied throughout the world and all Ağva hotels.

If you want to check in at an earlier hour even though the room check-in at Agva Piazza Hotel is 14:00, your request will be happily accepted by our hotel if your room is available for your holiday.

It is not allowed to bring and consume food and beverages from outside in the common areas and rooms of our hotel. We cannot give. This is a general rule applied due to the health of our guests and our responsibility in this regard.

Our hotel is an alcohol-free hotel. For this reason, we do not allow the use of alcohol in our common areas. We cannot change this rule in any way since alcohol consumption in hotels is subject to legal permissions, so please do not be persistent. Having a safe and peaceful holiday for our guests staying at our hotel is more important to us than making money, so we do not sell alcohol. Since the peace and comfort of our guests is more important to us than making money, we do not allow any flexibility in this rule due to the various outbursts we have experienced.

Families with two or more children do not have room to put a second extra bed in our rooms. We recommend that they keep two rooms side by side for their comfort, otherwise, accommodation for more than 3 people in the same room is very comfortable in our rooms. does not constitute a favorable situation. If there is less than 14 days left to your stay, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted and the entire cost of the stay will be charged. Our guests who make a reservation at our hotel are considered to have accepted this simple hotel rule by making the reservation payments.

Payments must be made via wire transfer/eft or mail order within half an hour from the moment of booking to our hotel. We cannot guarantee reservations if reservation payments are not made.

We do not accept pets in our hotel. However, if you want to keep your animals indoors outside of the hotel, we can help, provided that you use your own shelters. For this, please contact the reception.

The room you have kept in the hotel is considered to be rented only by the person who made the reservation, and all earthly or otherworldly responsibility belongs to him. Due to the privacy of the rooms, all responsibility belongs to the person who rents the room. Therefore, you should not allow other people to stay in your room. The person renting the room is responsible for any damage or loss in your room.
